La Cage aux Folles

Feathers, sequins, ruffles (literally 5 miles of pink cotton strips were made into ruffles), lamé, rhinestones and tulle. Glitz, glam, & illusion. I designed and built the majority of the show, while directing volunteer stitchers and fabricators. Rented Robes and Zsa Zsa’s costumes. Wardrobe directed the performances with backstage quick changes and care of difficult fabrics.
